Description of Services:
Palliative home care that supports seniors and their families.Services include: Personal Care, Companionship, Light Housekeeping, Meal Preparation, Errand Assistance

  • Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care Companionship and useful conversation
    • exercise walks
    • share a meal together
    • social contact
    • recreational activities and outings
    • daily tender loving care (TLC) phone calls * reassurance and security checks

  • In Home Footcare Basic foot care provided by a nurse in the client's home * foot care includes care of corns, calluses, fungal nails, and filing and trimming of nails

  • In Home Homemaking Assistance with daily chores, light to medium housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry service, dusting, help with mail sorting, errands, grocery shopping, medical transportation
  •  
  • Personal Care Services In home personal care including assistance with activities of daily living like bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, transportation to physician, tests and appointments * live-in care available
  •  
  • Private Nursing Care for Seniors at Home Nursing care services

  • Respite Care Services Relief for caregivers * provided by personal support workers
