Satellite office providing supports for people with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias, and their caregivers
Seminars, workshops and training sessions * one-on-one care plan * advanced care planning for future health care needs

- Adult Day Program Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for people with Alzheimer's disease and other related dementia in a group setting
- Weekend Overnight Stay Care Program Offers three beds per weekend in a safe and comfortable environment and offering respite for caregivers
