Description of Services:
Diet and nutrition, fatigue, and falls-prevention education programs

Craving Change - understand why individuals eat the way they do, and change the way people think and eat * lead by a community dietitian and social worker

Managing fatigue - f
or people who experience fatigue secondary to chronic illness * self-management of fatigue

Fear of Falling -
assists clients to assess their risk for further falls and provide confidence in preventing falls
