Hospital-based outpatient rehabilitation program for people who have been affected by motor vehicle accidents * services include:
Progression level of rehabilitative care for patients working to restore or maximize functionality
- catastrophic and amputee rehabilitation
- physical demands analysis
- clinical psychology
- speech language therapy
- job site and in-home assessments
- functional capacity evaluations
- kinesiologist-led fitness program
