Support geared to individual needs * bereavement support provided one-on-one or in peer support groups * groups offered several times a year, including virtual support

Two-bed Residential hospice house with supports provided at no cost to family or friends. There is 24 hour care and support for the client while staying within the home provided by hospice clinical staff and volunteers.
