personal support services by Personal Support Workers (PSW), Developmental Service Worker (DSW), Community Service Worker (CSW) and Home Support Worker (HSW)
nursing services - Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN)
allied services - Occupational Therapist (OT), Physiotherapist (PT), Speech Therapist (SLP), dieticians, social worker and recreational therapist
transitional and ambulatory care service

Services can be provided in the home, hospital and various other settings
