Older adults and adults 18 years and over who are deemed eligible by Ontario Health atHome as per the Long-Term Care Homes Act 2007

Set fees * Rates set by the Ministries of Long-Term Care * subsidies for basic rates may be available for eligible applicants

Description of Services:
170-bed long-term care home * 5 beds for patients who need peritoneal dialyses * residential care * 24-hour nursing and personal care * access to a doctor and other health professionals * peritoneal dialysis unit
Additional services and facilities:
Short-Stay Care - 2 short-stay beds (respite care for people who have caregivers in need of temporary relief) * short-stay residents have access to the same services as long-stay residents

- bedding and furniture
- laundry and housekeeping
- meals
- personal hygiene supplies
- medical supplies and equipment (such as catheters, ostomy bags, or wound care supplies)
- assistance with medication and activities of daily living
- recreation and social programs
- secure unit
