Adult day program
Day of activities designed to enhance clients' well-being in a safe and supportive setting, while providing respite and support for care partners.
Day typically begins with coffee, tea and home made muffins - snacks and a three-course meal provided.
Activities include:

Activities include:
- socializing and reminiscing
- music and singing, entertainment and dancing
- exercise, active group games and outdoor walks
- cognitively stimulating games (including iPad activities)
- creative arts
- spa activities
- baking
- board games, puzzles and cards
- pool
- intergenerational activities
- pet visits
- laughter yoga
- birthday, holiday and multi-cultural celebrations
Fees
$25 per day * $16 for transportation
