Basic services $12; $20 per day * fee includes transportation

Description of Services:

Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for older adults, adults with disabilities, frail elderly, or adults living with cognitive impairments, in a group setting for part of the day * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care

supervised meals
personal care
counseling
social, physical, intellectual and recreational programs
minor health care
supervision of medication
outings
transportation (optional)

Services for an additional fee:

hair care
foot care
tub bath

During the Redevelopment of Maxville Manor, the program is being offered offsite
Tue, Wed and Fri program held at 64 Mechanic St W, Maxville Unit 3
Thu program held at the Maxville Sports Complex
