The mission is to promote active living and fulfillment of francophone and Francophiles 50 years and over * in partnership with the community, the RAFO:

• Offers a warm and inclusive gathering place
• Organizes diverse activities and social, recreational cultural and educational programs
• Promotes access to services and resources adapted to seniors' needs, including intergenerational initiatives 
• Spreads awareness regarding services offered to seniors and assures an appropriate referral
