Description of Services:
24 hour support with activities of daily living for students with disabilities living at Carleton University and Algonquin College
Non-medical assistance with everyday tasks:
Attendants will not assist with the following:
Non-medical assistance with everyday tasks:
- transferring
- using the washroom
- grooming
- cutting up food and assistance with eating
- cleaning
- carrying laundry
- setting up books
Attendants will not assist with the following:
- shopping
- homework
- wake-up calls
- cleaning up after guests
- moving
