Eligibility / Target Population
Older adults and adults 60 years and over * Preferred access for former members of the Canadian Armed Forces and RCMP * Assisted living services eligibility determined by an Ontario Health atHome care coordinator as per the Long-Term Care Homes Act 2007

Rent rates available on request * subsidies for basic rates may be available for eligible applicants
