- Age-Friendly Ottawa: group working with the City of Ottawa, community partners, and seniors to maximize healthy and active aging
- transportation
- health
- housing
- income security
- francophone issues
- social inclusion
Education services:
- eight sessions offered in English and eight sessions offered in French yearly, often with a focus on how seniors can age better
- income security course for individuals retiring on a low income
- 55 Alive Refresher Driving Course: in-class learning for people 55 years and older
- in-class driving lessons for older seniors
- housing options course
- Understanding Transport As We Age: exploration of local transportation options
