Rental subsidies are provided to clients of Mental Health Services who meet the engagement and eligibility criteria * Rent subsidy is calculated and paid directly to the landlord on behalf of a qualifying client in need of financial rent assistance * a formal agreement detailing contract duration with the subsidy amount and client portion amount of monthly rent payable directly to the landlord is signed by three parties involved (MHSRC, the Landlord and the Client)
