Description of Services:
Community-focused mental health services to older people in Leeds and Grenville counties
  • treat psychiatric disorder such as depression or dementia
  • diagnostic assessment and consultative services
  • monitor psychotropic medication
  • find and arrange resources
  • provide support and health teaching to clients, family and caregivers
  • liaise with community services providers
  • provide consultation, training and education to community agencies serving the elderly
