Description of Services:
Assists members of the community to address health issues and obtain the information to make appropriate choices and develop skills for a healthy lifestyle * The Centre works with communities to raise public awareness of social issues * supports community members to build skills, capacities and networks to impact specific issues that affect their lives
Services include: Individual nutrition counselling * physical activity * healthy cooking groups * fitness for seniors * Living Well with Chronic Disease groups * Stress Busters groups * nutrition workshops * workshops on healthy living topics * back pain core strength groups * Physical Activity Library * outdoor walking club
