Description of Services:
Busses and O-Train are equipped with low floors for easy boarding and have designated spaces for customers using assistive or mobility devices * Contact for more information on accessibility
Community Pass: discounted Community Pass available to Ottawa residents who receive Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) benefits
Travel Training: program teaches people with disabilities and seniors to use transit safely and independently * delivered in partnership with school boards, hospitals, day programs and other agencies serving people with disabilities * For more information, contact OCTTravelTraining@ottawa.ca
Service Animals: Service animals welcome on OC Transpo vehicles * Customers can identify their service animal with a vest, harness or other visual indicator; provide an Attorney-General of Ontario Guide Dog photo ID card; provide a previously issued OC Transpo Service Animal card (no longer offered); or provide a letter from a regulated health professional confirming the requirement for an animal
My Para Transpo: Customers can book, cancel and track trips using the My Para Transpo web application * This self-service system allows customers to manage their trips easily without calling Customer Service
