Description of Services:
Offers assessment, consultation, treatment and education to those requiring assistance in regaining optimal function following an injury or illness * the inpatient team serves patients recovering from:
  • stroke
  • neurological disorders
  • amputation
  • orthopedic surgery or trauma
  • general disability
