The referral process is initated by the teacher or prinicpal in the school.

Eligibility / Target Population
Services are available province-wide to children 21 years of age or younger with special needs in a school registered with the Ministry of Education and whom are Ontario residents insured under the Ontario Health Insurance Plan.
