Description of Services:
Health centre focused on family and community health * health professionals assess and treat non-life-threatening injuries or illnesses * referrals to other local health services and personal development groups

Community-led health teams develop programs to improve the social supports and conditions that affect long-term health * services include:
  • medical care
  • nutrition counseling and support
  • mental health counseling and therapeutic groups
  • smoking cessation

Foot Care Clinics:
  • several times a month in Fenelon Falls and Lindsay

Good Food Box:

  • pick up pre-paid orders at Community Care City of Kawartha Lakes Health Centre at 21 Angeline St N, Lindsay on the third Tue of the month from 11am-4pm 

Sage Advice and Gentle Exercises for Seniors:
  • volunteer-led exercise program geared towards improving senior functional fitness

Geriatric Assessment and Intervention Network (GAIN) for the City of Kawartha Lakes:
  • GAIN provides comprehensive geriatric/senior assessments for those with multiple, complex health concerns.
