Description of Services:
Supports for adults and their caregivers with needs related to aging, physical or mental health * helps people remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible * referral to other community services

- Adult Day Program Adult day program * safe and comfortable setting for clients to enjoy a wide array of social and recreational programs, while providing a break for caregivers * programs are available to all Durham residents
- Foot Care Clinic Foot care services provided by registered foot care nurses in community settings * also available for clients who attend the Clarington Adult Day Program
- Luncheon Out Provides an opportunity once a month to share a hot meal, entertainment and health promotion/wellness demonstrations * meals include an entrée, beverage and dessert
- Meals on Wheels Nutritionally balanced hot or frozen meals are delivered by volunteers to clients in their homes
- Transportation Drives provided for clients to medical appointments, shopping, attendance at adult day programs and more
- WeConnect Mental Health and Wellness A community mental health service offering support to adults aged 16 and older, with emotional and/or mental health concerns.
