Description of Services:
The Housing Services Division is responsible for the administration of social housing programs, property management for the Durham Region Housing Corporation and management of waitlists.
Social Housing Administration funds and monitors social housing providers in Durham Region. This section includes support to both social housing providers and tenants/members.
Housing Operations manages the Housing Services portfolio of units for single people, families and seniors across the region. This includes the properties directly owned by the Region.
Housing Development encourages the creation of new affordable housing in Durham Region.
