The Region operates four long term care homes, all of which are accredited by Accreditation Canada: Fairview Lodge, Hillsdale Estates, Hillsdale Terraces and Lakeview Manor.

Services are geared towards the physically frail and/or cognitively impaired adults who require supervision and/or assistance with activities of daily living and personal care, in a secure, safe and caring environment.

Facilities employ a range of skilled health professionals to meet the multiple complex care needs of our residents. Each site provides a special care unit for residents with Alzheimer's disease and related dementias. The Region also operates three Adult Day Program at Hillsdale Estates, Lakeview Manor and Port Perry.
