151-bed long-term care home * residential care for 26 private rooms, 41 semi-private rooms, and 84 basic rooms * 24-hour nursing and personal care * access to a doctor and other health professionals

medical supplies and equipment (such as catheters, ostomy bags, or wound care supplies)
assistance with medication and activities of daily living
recreation and social programs
