Description of Services:
Multi-service agency offering various programs for women

  • Employment and Career Counselling *assistance to women who are seeking to enter the workforce or who are looking to establish themselves in the professions for which they have been educated and trained. Help with resume building, job search and job interviews preparation, access to job fairs, literacy and numeracy skills building. Linkages are made with other employment-related services in the community, as well as English language classes, training, apprenticeship and volunteer opportunities
  • Employment Support Groups for Women * support groups for women in their own language to help them identify strengths and address challenges they face when seeking to enter or re-enter the workforce
