Description of Services:

Supports for people with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias, and their caregivers

Adult Day Program Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for people with Alzheimer's disease in a group setting for part of the day
Support Groups Peer support groups, education to assist family members and care partners sessions may include information such as advanced directives and senior safety * may have guest speakers from various community resources as requested by the group
