Description of Services:

Supports for people with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias, and their caregivers

Adult Day Program Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for people with Alzheimer's disease * part-of-the-day supervised programming in a group setting
Support Groups Peer support groups, education to assist family members and care partners sessions may include information such as advanced directives and senior safety * may have guest speakers from various community resources as requested by the group
