Services and Programs:
- Breastfeeding Support Breastfeeding consultations, baby feeding drop-ins, infant feeding classes and education sessions * locations throughout Hastings and Prince Edward County
- Dental Programs Ontario Seniors Dental Care Program - free dental care for eligible seniors 65 years of age and older
- Food Safety Inspects food premises within Hastings Prince Edward counties at a frequency established by Ministry of Health risk protocols * food safety advice for homes and restaurants * investigates complaints * food handler training courses
- Hastings Prince Edward Public Health Dietitians provide resources and classes on healthy eating * one-on-one counseling is not available
- Healthy Schools School-based program working with teachers to assist in promoting safe and healthy lifestyles
- Immunization Clinics Immunization clinic * vaccination against common infectious diseases

Quit Smoking Programs
- weekly nicotine replacement therapy clinics
- home visits for expecting moms and new moms with a baby (up to 12 months of age) who want to quit smoking
- help to make a quit plan
- free quit smoking information kits designed specifically for adults, youth, and pregnant clients
