Applicants do not have to be on social services to apply, however, they must be receiving personal homemaking services to qualify * most recipients of the benefit are on fixed incomes like ODSP * financial eligibility for the program is determined and reviewed annually by Lanark County Social Services * Physical eligibility for the program is determined by Ontario Health atHome
