Description of Services:
Visiting Hospice - companionship and respite care providing emotional support to people and their family/caregivers dealing with a life-threatening illness
Program Services:
Bereavement Services -trained volunteers provide one-on-one support to individuals and families grieving the loss of a loved one or friend
Bereavement Support Groups - held in various communities throughout the year where people can share their grief journey in a safe, confidential environment.
Program Services:
- home visiting/ caregiver respite
- hospital/ long-term care visiting
- over-the-phone support
- one-on-one grief and bereavement support
- support groups (see below)
