224-bed long-term care home * residential care for 112 private rooms and 112 basic rooms * 24-hour nursing and personal care * access to a doctor and other health professionals * three Veteran Affairs beds * secure dementia unit
- bedding and furniture
- laundry and housekeeping
- meals
- personal hygiene supplies
- medical supplies and equipment (such as catheters, ostomy bags, or wound care supplies)
- assistance with medication and activities of daily living
- recreation and social programs
