60-bed long-term care home * 24-hour nursing and personal care * access to a doctor and other health professionals * two Department of Veteran affairs (DVA) beds * palliative care unit
- bedding and furniture
- laundry and housekeeping

- medical supplies and equipment (such as catheters, ostomy bags, or wound care supplies)
- assistance with medication and activities of daily living
