Older adults and adults with disabilities 55 years and older, who need physical, social, or emotional supports * Ontario Health atHome care coordinators assess the needs of applicants
Fees
$17 per day * subsidy available for eligible participants

Description of Services:
Day program that offers social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for those with cognitive impairment, frail and physically disabled in a group setting for part of the day * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care * safe chairs for older adults and a spacious environment to hold morning exercise programs for strength, balance and flexibility
  • unsupervised smoking accommodated outside of the building
  • hot meal and transportation is included in the cost
