Description of Services:

Virtual and in-person support services for stroke survivors and their families

Monthly Support Groups: Stroke Survivor Group, Caregiver Support Group, Couples Group and Young Stroke Group
Conversation groups for people with aphasia
Social and recreational activities
Regional Stroke Education Series
Seated rehabilitation/cognitive activities offered by Loyalist College occupational therapy/physiotherapy students and supervised by a registered occupational therapist
Access and information about other community services
Community information groups, art therapy and music therapy on a periodic basis
Awareness and advocacy projects to increase awareness of the signs and actions to take in the event of stroke, and to improve services for stroke survivant.es in the community
