Description of Services:

Provides in-home care services to support individuals and their families in maintaining a high quality of life. Services include nursing, personal care, specialized therapies and companionship including:

Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia Care: support for individuals with cognitive impairments, focusing on safety, dignity, and quality of life.
In-Home Nursing: provided by registered professionals to address medical needs in the comfort of your home.
Personal Care: assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Hospital Sitting: supportive presence during hospital stays.
Respite Care: temporary relief for caregivers, giving them a chance to rest while ensuring their loved one receives care.
Palliative Care: compassionate care for individuals with serious illnesses, prioritizing comfort and quality of life.
Special Needs Care: customized services for clients with physical or developmental challenges, promoting independence and well-being.
Hospice Care: end-of-life care that provides emotional, physical, and spiritual support to clients and their families.
Companion Care: friendly companionship and assistance with tasks such as errands, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
Rehabilitation Services: in-home therapy, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy, to support recovery and improve daily functioning.

Offers family support through regular check-ins via phone or video chat to ensure our clients have the support they need.
