Description of Services:
Specialized outpatient psychiatric consultations that helps facilitate community living, psychosocial rehabilitation and recovery for those facing severe mental illnesses or have severe symptoms or impairments. Team is made up of Psychiatrists, Psychologists * Social Workers and Nurses specializing in areas such as concurrent disorders
