Description of Services:

Group exercise and falls prevention classes for older adults and people with mobility issues * aims to improve strength and balance to prevent injury and falls:

Aquafit - A multi-level exercise program for people 12 years and older * low-impact exercises take place in shallow and deep water * participants not required to know how to swim - they just need to be comfortable in chest level water *
Variety of programs including combo, gentle, yoga and HIT to target different abilities and needs
Stroke program - Exercise program for people with neurological conditions such as stroke, multiple sclerosis or acquired brain injury
Cancer exercise program for people recovering or living with cancer
Indoor walking track
