89-bed long-term care home * one priority access bed for veterans * 24-hour nursing and personal care * access to a doctor and other health professionals

basic, semi-private and private accommodations
bedding and furniture
laundry and housekeeping
meals
personal hygiene supplies
medical supplies and equipment (such as catheters, ostomy bags, or wound care supplies)
assistance with medication and activities of daily living
recreation and social programs
