Description of Services:
Primary health care, mental health care and community capacity building health promotion primarily for the Francophone community * aims to improve health among its members and favours autonomy and responsibility of individuals
Community Health Program: improve health among members in the community
Mental Health Program: support services, evaluation, orientation, and individual, family and group therapy
Physical Health Program: consultation with medical, nursing and nutritional staff * complete medical examinations with follow-up appointments * doctor's evaluation * electrocardiograms * expert laboratory services * annual exams for babies, children and adults * evaluation of eating and lifestyle habits * screening * hospital visits * possible home visits
