Support and services to individuals who have experienced a brain injury * the focus is on helping clients with the rehabilitation and community reintegration process, offering a range of services that can include residential programs, community-based support, and day programs

Residential Programs

• 24/7 Care: For individuals requiring constant support
• Individualized Care Plans: Each resident receives a personalized care plan tailored to their specific needs, which might include medical support, life skills training, and therapeutic activities

Community-Based Services

• Outreach Programs: allow clients to live independently or with family while receiving support such as daily living skills, community integration, and socialization
• Rehabilitation Support: assistance in relearning or adapting to skills necessary for daily life, such as cooking, budgeting, and using public transportation

Day Programs
