Referrals by family physicians or through any of the Renfrew County Hospital Emergency departments * patients will see a doctor and nurse in the clinic within 7 days of received referral * patients referred to the clinic will be contacted directly with an appointment * some diagnostic testing may be done prior to the appointment * clinic accepts Ocean eReferrals

Adults with suspected transient Ischemic Attack (TIA) or mild stroke

Access to diagnostic services * health assessment * diagnosis * treatment * and risk factor management to those who have had a Transient Ischemic Attack (TIA) or a very mild stroke

Medical treatment and appropriate referrals to specialists as needed * Diabetes clinic * smoking cessation * cardiac rehabilitation * neurology
