Eligibility / Target Population
Seniors 55 years and over who are confined to home due to illness, recent surgery or who find it difficult to walk/stand in the grocery stores for any length of time

Grocery shopping and delivery program by volunteers * service same day every week depending on volunteer availability * shopping done at Mark's No Frills if paying by cheque or another grocery store of choice if paying by cash
