Description of Services:
Program offered to individuals and families coping with the loss of a loved one delivered by trained facilitators.
  • Facilitated Support Groups for adults who are grieving
  • One on One Bereavement Support (in-person or virtual)
  • Education and Resources on grief and the grieving process
  • Referral Services for complex needs
