Description of Services:

General couples counselling in Toronto - for couples - offered virtually with a trained couples counsellor using the EFT model. Anger management group couples counselling program is also offered. Couples learn skills together designed for de-escalation techniques, conflict resolution, and ultimately connection. Helps couples identify their unhelpful relationship cycles in order to stop them from continuing to happen and shift couples to a positive, resilient, long-lasting relationship
