Description of Services:
Provides medical care, dietary services and a range of support services for children with Type I and Type II diabetes and their families.

Healthcare team includes dietitian, nurse practitioners, pediatricians, registered nurses and social workers.

Offers:

  • insulin pump program
  • nutrition and feeding clinic
  • personal health improvement team clinic providing lifestyle support and including an exercise specialist
