Description of Services:
Mental health groups and workshops rotate throughout the year

Topics include:
  • anger management course for men and women
  • compassion fatigue for front-line workers
  • healthy masculinity 
  • adult colouring drop in
  • living life to the full and help navigate stressful life situations, celebrate success and work to prevent  relapses and low periods
  • anxiety and depression support group
  • suicide first aid (ASIST)
  • suicide bereavement group
  • managing powerful emotions
  • portfolio development, a formal document which defines learning acquired
  • workplace skills
  • mindful coping strategies
  • support group for caregivers of adults who have mental health problems or illnesses
  • psychological health and safety in the workplace
