Description of Services:

Behavioural Consulting Services assists persons over the age of two years who have a developmental disability

focuses on the person's individual strengths and needs and utilizes the mediator model to teach new skills and work toward behaviour change
Behavioural Consulting Services staff also provide short term consultations and/or training in behaviour support strategies to individuals or community agencies
supports individuals in Hastings, Prince Edward, and Lennox and Addington counties
family or individual consent is required if the family is not making the referral
waiting time varies
