Description of Services:

Companionship, respite care, and emotional support to people and their family/caregivers dealing with a life-threatening illness

End of Life Care Program Two residential hospice beds * generally for the last three weeks of life * 24 hour care provided * family can stay and assist with care
Medical Equipment Loan Cupboard Medical equipment is loaned to anyone that needs it for short and long-term use * delivered to palliative patients * pick up is available to the general public
Visiting Volunteer Program Trained volunteers go into homes, hospitals and nursing homes to assist persons and their families with life threatening illnesses
