Supports for people with an intellectual disability and their families 
  • provided in partnership with the community
  • facilitates opportunities for all people to live, work and learn together
  • supported living with 24 hour individualized supports
  • life skills
  • support groups
  • adult respite
  • youth in transition services for individuals 14 to 25 years of age
  • The Hub - social activities and education
