Description of Services:
Fitness programs, recreation and social programming at the nine municipal halls throughout Prince Edward County as well as at the Community Care office at 74 King Street, Picton * held online and on the telephone during COVID-19
Programs may include:
drop in coffee socials
walking programs
gentle fit classes
Tai Chi * Wii bowling
meditation
workshops such as on Power of Attorneys and safety and other presentation topics
exercise and fall prevention classes offered by Victorian Order of Nurses
new topics added monthly
